Timeline

1990

Jan Rozlivka founds a company for finishing, packaging and distribution of printed matter for media houses.

2003

Acquisition of Mailstep by MeillerGHP together with the Swiss and Austrian Post.

2015

100% stake in Mailstep is repurchased by the original founder Jan Rozlivka. E-commerce fulfilment and distribution are added to the service portfolio.

2020

A professional management team is hired.

2021

A 70% stake is sold to EMMA Capital of Jiří Šmejc.

2022

New members join the management team, foreign expansion.
